byREQUEST® can handle reports and data coming from any application, from any vendor, and get that information into EXCEL and PDF too.  We have a Florida SYMITAR client receiving reports from their credit card vendor in TEXT.  byREQUEST® tosses those reports into EXCEL and drops them into Windows folders and it is done automatically.  Another client has a mortgage service and collection vendor sending them reports.  byREQUEST® handles those reports too.

The Symitar Report Deployment Checklist is a 'representative' list of Symitar Business Reports that can easily be formatted and distributed by byREQUEST®.  Download this list to review and check off the reports you would like formatted into Excel, PDF and Word files.  If you do not see a familiar report, add it to the list.  You may write additional report names including Reports and Data that do not come from your Symitar core application.

A Note about Your Symitar EXCEL Reports
Your Symitar Excel Report file spreadsheets are created and customized to look the way you want them to look.  Since each EXCEL spreadsheet is ‘macro enabled' your SYMITAR reports become more useful and the data becomes more valuable.  EXCEL templates are created and customized so they look like you want them to look when they arrive at employee desktops.  Your users can use the EXCEL reports ‘as is' or apply EXCEL macros they create to further customize reports to meet their own specific reporting needs.  For Audit purposes the original SYMITAR report can also be delivered in a READ ONLY PDF format.  A READ ONLY Excel report can also be produced if requested.
