Your SUMMIT business reports are automatically filed into onHAND™ - a virtual filing cabinet that manages the lifecycle of all the business reports in your Credit Union.  Similar to a manual filing cabinet with folders and drawers, onHAND™ is an electronic filing cabinet.  Business reports are securely classified, indexed, organized and stored in a centralized database as they are produced.  It's totally automatic.

No Clutter and No Confusion
There's no confusion about which report version is the right version because there is only one version published and only one copy stored at any one time.  A time and date stamp is always part of the report name.  The original copy of a report can neither be deleted or changed.  A history of versions is organized and stored automatically by report name, time and date. 

Files Archive Automatically
Filing retention rules are applied to each report as it is published.  Reports only remain 'available' or 'in view' according to their defined 'useful' life.  Reports 'disappear' to archive after they reach the end of their viewing 'life'.  Special 'AUDITOR' or 'ARCHIVE' logins make reports reappear when there is a need to view report versions that are months or years old.
