User logins limit document access. onHAND™ allows you to set user restrictions and control document and report access. Whether you use onHAND™ on your Intranet or through the Internet, authenticated users can only login to review and use the reports and documents made available to them.

If your business is concerned with HIPPA or Safeguard Act compliance consider the New onHAND™ Audit Trail module. If you use byREQUEST® and onHAND™ together, you can prove access for the entire life cycle of a report or document. onHAND™ authenticates user logins with ACTIVE DIRECTORY, LDAP, or 'native' sign-ins. When using onHAND™ for WEB access, passwords are encrypted. WEB password management is done by the individual user including forgotten passwords.
