Finger Lakes Credit Union
"Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union has completely replaced 'centralized' UNIX host printing. Now their core SUMMIT business reports automatically arrive daily on each employee's desktop in Excel, PDF and Word formats. Finger Lakes found the byREQUEST solution affordable, and a perfect fit with their new Fiserv-SUMMIT application. Significant cost savings were achieved."

Employee Benefit Management Corp.
"We were concentrating on trying to deliver data faster to our clients so that they could more effectively manage their health benefit plans. However, one of the asides that came out of implementing the software was that our clients are now able to streamline the electronic data we provide which they can feed into their own financial systems. This enables them to become more efficient through the elimination of data entry." Because the reports are electronic when they arrive, the data is easily imported into low cost PC analysis tools users can use and understand immediately. - Lori Richard, EBMC Account Manager

for 2002 Winter Olympics
"When the byRequest solution taxied out for takeoff in February, a number of improvements immediately followed. For one, month-end closings, previously a two-week process, were completed within just a few days. The eight day cycle of report collation and distribution was cut to one day...This meant that local managers had fresh data and were equipped to make decisions or take corrective actions when it counted."

Seattle Community College
"We can take things like budget reports, then set up a distribution list so all the managers and staff associated with the project will receive the reports the day they are produced," Bailey said. "We were able to get information to them the first day it was available as live data, as opposed to when it was almost too late to affect the next month's expenditures."
The Class Openings reports generated a quarter-million pages of paper of each year, Bailey said. Administrators "tore out the two pages of the 50 each day they cared about and threw the rest away. I was looking to be a little more environmentally conscious, and to reduce my users' cost for output."

3000 Newswire Product Review
byREQUEST is a totally awesome product. It's the wealth of distribution options that make it so cool, as well as all of its native file format support. It is really very simple to create a template that exports some financial report into an Excel spreadsheet, for example. You don't have to change the program, or write a new program, or retype the data. How often have you been confronted with that task?
