Index Documents, Reports and Files as they are moved into SharePoint
byREQUEST® can index specific information (metadata) found within any document, report or file as it is moved into SharePoint. Whether you are moving Microsoft Office documents such as Word and Excel or PDF documents and image files (.jpeg, .tiff, etc.), byREQUEST® is able to identify designated metadata and automatically index this data for use within SharePoint.
Indexing Examples
The examples shown below are two different examples illustrating the distinct indexing capabilities available using byREQUEST®. Utilizing either the metadata or data values from two different sample invoice files, each example illustrates how byREQUEST® maintains custom column properties utilized in SharePoint.

Example 2
This example illustrates byREQUEST's capability of indexing the data values found within a sample invoice file. The custom indexes that are created become custom column headings and values once byREQUEST® moves the file into SharePoint. |
